Elia is incredibly fake and 2024 was a gradual mask-off moment. I've followed her since her time at Kawaii and I've gone from thinking the world of her to seeing her as hysterically bitter who thinks the world owes her a favor. She overvalues her unwarranted self-importance and became belligerent, blames others for her inability to handle her finances, is drifting towards twitch clique route, and there's nothing left resembling what made her good when she was in Kawaii.
Last year saw her content slowly take a dive:
Worst of all she accused them of leeching money from her, and she holds all the times she offered to pay for things against the girls, including the Fan-funded trip to Japan.
To top it off she completely blew her lid at a comment suggesting that she dragged v-dere into her donothon goal, really showcasing how she reacts to the slightest critique. Even in her discord fans felt like they couldn't give feedback because she would go mental:

Whatever she said, they concluded that "friends shouldn't treat you like that." All her stories are twisted to be some great tragedy against her. She sounds sympathetic at first, but don't be fooled. She would make out that life is truly unjust to her, but after being around her for so long and seeing how she reacts to things I can say all her issues are a consequence of her own irresponsibility and all transgressions against her amount to little more than microaggressions or being offended that she's not being the center of attention. She's the sort to unironically say she gets triggered and flaunt how she's such a (self-declared) introvert to make her seem braver for basic bitch engagements.
As for her time in v-dere: she would have you believe she did so much for them but the most she ever did was a largely self-serving Palworld collab where they GAVE money away (poor financial choices) and paid for a Minecraft server, that she abruptly stopped paying for without telling anyone so everyone lost their progress. Nijisanji and Hololive have announced the NijiHolo Interleague. The NijiKoushien style tournament will take place at the Es Con Field in Hokkaido on the 24th and 25th of May. The tournament will be played on Konami's Professional Baseball Spirits 2024-2025.

She lashed out at her genmates; acted spiteful over their success, blamed them for her stagnation, acted like she does everything for v-dere when she was frequently shown to slack on group work to the point where she wanted to stop group work because it didn't "benefit her" (Proctor might remember how she was surprised at a slide during Vexpo because she didn't help with it, and once left all the collab setup to the other girls midstream whilst she just fucking played Mario Kart!).

Having ambition isn't bad but the carrot needs to be more appealing than bare feet, eating food, and paying for your vacations. No. It's the integration of text to speech donations and items being thrown at the vtuber, the gayest fucking practices a vtuber can possibly engage with. Filtered anyone with decent taste.

Nijisanji and Hololive have announced the NijiHolo Interleague. The NijiKoushien style tournament will take place at the Es Con Field in Hokkaido on the 24th and 25th of May. The tournament will be played on Konami's Professional Baseball Spirits 2024-2025.

There is an official website and a press release which give some further details on the event.
The teams will be headed by chairmen Sasaki Saku (Nijisanji) and Shirakami Fubuki (Hololive) and the managers will be Sara Hoshikawa and Lize Helesta for Nijisanji and Usada Pekora and Amane Kanata for Hololive.
Both the team draft as well as more event details including ticketing information will be announced on livestreams on the chairmen's YouTube channels March 17th JST.
NijiHolo Interleague information:
First up, check out this delightfully photoshopped illustration of what the spectator experience will be like. The display boxes showing who is standing on the bases is cool, but most of the attention will be on the big screens showing the actual game.
These are the seats and what you'll have to pay for them. During the stream they went through each category and gave an example of the view you can be expecting.
The seats go from 5000JPY (34USD) to 14000JPY (95USD) for the major categories with some special, more expensive seating categories including a lounge for 10 people costing 550000JPY (3700USD). The more expensive categories include varying levels of merchandise and other special services.
Merch will obviously be available, including team shirts, jerseys, caps, towels and clappers.

They released one more google doc replying to Saki's reply where they finally provided some context/proof on the minor part and it seems like she genuinely didn't know they were a minor, so the most important part of their callout is basically moot.
