Seriously, I don't know why people care so much about unicorns to begin with. They aren't really that big of a problem unless you go to /vt/. How often do you see unicorns in stream chats or on Xitter? Maybe one or two, but they can just easily ignored. Making fun of unicorns at this point is like making fun of incels. Personally, I find homobeggars much more annoying since they are so smugly self-righteous in their belief that they are good people for fighting against evil idol culture or whatever the boogieman of the week is.

I hate both sides tbh, again Holo vs Holo is as unproductive as we can get and letting falseflaggers pretending to be either side rile people up is retarded.

If you hate homo collabs then don't watch, if you wanna support the homos then actually watch them. All of this arguing and pointing fingers does nothing and only benefits people who hate Holo and exist solely to wish for its downfall.

They are spawn of the wota culture, and those can get really problematic by themselves when they act upon their self-righteous delusions because we're dealing with real people.
There is stupidity from both extremes, but there's also real consequences to this demographic being pardoned by being paypigs. Holo thrives on unicorns since forever but they spread out by having people who don't give a fuck like Marine, Pekora and Suisei, so unicorns are held by a certain type that includes Koyori and Okayu - not even 5 pages ago we were reminded of Fuwamoco going silent because of Homostars promo during the HoloEXPO and even after doing that, those cunts decided to start shit and say hideous stuff directly to them.
The good parts of idol culture are still around and no one can deny it, but the dark side became more and more prevalent as time went by, with greed taking priority over their communities and safety nets.

My understanding was the GGN Live was a side project of MangaGamer, a game publisher and localizer. Sure, they could have given more money and attention to GGN Live but it's not exactly like they could shift their whole business to that.

Would they have needed to put more in? At the views and subs they were getting, surely they were making profits, at least if you write off the sunk cost of the models. I assume it had to be some kind of Japanese intellectual property autism with OVERDRIVE shutting down, because I can't see any other reason to cut off a project that's working.
