Some of things the take note about Estella Starfall
- Merch. She was told by management that everything is to be finalized soon. If merch doesn't arrived by early next year, she is willing to give a full refund out of her own pocket because she felt partially responsible for it. She has some faith in management to keep their end of the deal. She also advise not purchase any Estella merch as she isn't aware of any cut off time.
- Estella had dreams of wanting to be an idol in high school because of her love for music, but was too embarrassed to say it publicly. So, she turn to Vtubing as it somewhat ties to idol culture.
- Her vtuber model from of Mochi was drawn by her and paid for rigging.
- She started a mock agency with a group of friends just for fun. Later, it soon it became more than that.
- She tried kick starting a idol group of her own, but didn't work out. She put lots of money, time, passion, and labor into it. She later came to a realization that no one wants to be in a group that is run by one girl (Estella) and she doesn't blame others for dropping out. To sum it up, it was hard to make a idol group.
- She was a big fan of Love Live!, an anime about idols. Her favorite character in that series was Koizumi Hanayo, a member of nine idol group name Muse. One of the main reason she loves idol culture so much is because of the sense of camaraderie among members.
- Estella had auditioned for many Vtuber agencies and of those agencies she auditioned most of them aren't around anymore. Applied to many agencies, 28 times in fact, and never got pass one interview. This was before joining VRev.
- Before signing with VRev, she planned on another idol group late last year, but that failed yet again. On top of this, a friend of Estella had passed away and soon have to shift her focus back to school.
- The people she thought were her friends advised to abandon her dreams and was also told, "you're not good enough" to be picked.
- This dramatically lowered her self-esteem and crushed her confidences and dreams.
- Now at her low point of her life, Estella thought signing with VRev was her only shot to achieve her dream.
- All of this was within the span of 3 years.
Edit: Estella haven't gotten paid for her time at VRev as far as I know. In Scarlett's case she didn't get paid until her 4th month with VRev. I'm also told that former VRev talents haven't been paid for their work as well.
2nd Edit: The Guardians were being chastised by fans of former VRev talents, which led to many anonymous hate messages from their Marshmallow accounts. When many vtubers caught wind of VRev's bullshit, they distance themselves. Really, the girls only had themselves, Nova, and friends from their PL to lean on. This could contribute to why Estella lost herself as Estella along time ago. Every time she streams as Estella, the feeling of dread is what she describe, but her fans watching her content made it less so.
3rd Edit: Reason why there was no announcement from VRev because Estella gave them the opinion to announce it. She did this because she felt like Estella didn't matter to people, didn't achieve much growth, made little friends as Estella, and to fade away quietly.
And I got to say, some of these so called fans from the Memorial VRev Gen 1 and 2 server in Discord are a nasty bunch I tell ya. Like, I get you have beef with management, but don't vent your frustration onto the gen 3 talents as they don't have no control of the situation. I lost a lot of respect to certain individuals because of it. Management was no help protecting their talents from harassment, but did the bare minimum locking the Gen 3 server behind a paywall. They literally left them to defend against the angry mob. Those two cunts at the helm of VRev barely have any presence in Discord or in their live chats.
