-Get involved in China again, even if its only briefly, while talents that suffered from that, Fubuki and Haachama, are still at the company
-Lose 2 beloved members of HoloEN (Ame and Fauna) while one of them explicitly blames management for why she's leaving (Fauna)
-Open up an entirely new system of graduations, which makes everyone nervous of whether their oshi is going to leave through it now

Phase won because it didn't fuck up as badly as Hololive. The worst that Phase did this year was Loki has done more "below head level" fleshstreaming, Clara politisperged, and Hina has been MIA because of family issues.

No, I didn't vote for anyone simple as, all of the other corps survive by simply not fucking up or fucking up less, that isn't really award worthy Imo.
