Given the absurd amount of neglect and abuse the vReverie talents have suffered, it's very small wonder quite a few of the less-notable ones are considering just never streaming again. If you aren't making a solid amount of money off it and have better options, there really isn't much reason to keep streaming. Burnout is bad enough when you're an indie, and it's much nastier when your hopes and dreams have been stamped on repeatedly by an abusive company.

My guesses would be holding out copium it would get better (lol), trying to work on exit plans, trying to squeeze out as much money as they possibly can for said exit plans, and overall attachment to the characters and their communities.

The last is pretty potent and probably drove a good number of the ex-talents to stay longer than they really should have.

Look at Jason from AkioAir. He deliberately pursued spurious legal action against former talents because he hated them for 'betraying him'. Look at WACTOR, who publicly doxed former talents. A company like vReverie has prettymuch all a talent's vital info, and that gives them tremendous leverage even if the talent desperately wants to get away from them. In a case like this where the founders are extremely malicious assholes, it makes perfect sense to me that they want to be as careful as possible.

I've been searching myself, and 'L&C Digital LLP' has nothing in the US Securities & Exchanges database. I am absolutely not a professional in any way when it comes to business matters, but from what I can tell, they have no established US holdings at all even today. If this can be verified with any accuracy, it would be pretty significant.
