Four VA RPs a month even with someone making the script/editing the audio seems excessive, even if most are under 5 minutes long.

She mentioned sticking to Youtube. She won't limit the talents to doing lewd content on their regular streams but it is encouraged that they drop innuendos and shit (which Youtube bots have a hard time pinging as "sexual"). They will keep the sexual stuff possibly to Memberships and Patreon.
She must be dropping a decently sized amount of money towards this (instead of pulling a Bao and wasting $30,000 on some lore animation).

Everything else aside I think that's a really good idea - maybe not those exact numbers, but some sort of deal where the talent gets a bigger slice of the pie the longer they stay with the company (ideally most if not all of the costs associated with bringing them on board will be paid off by the end of the first year anyway). I talked about this idea on stream once, but I don't remember which one - not saying she saw it and yoinked it, but who knows. It gives talent incentive to stick around and keep making money for the agency rather than just building up an audience and taking it with them when they go to another agency or indie, which I predict will become more of a problem as the industry grows and talents who want to stay corpo have more and more options.
