I didn't catch if Rie or Shiina gave any details about what happened, other than they both had to do a clean wipe of their hard drives, but Lumi gave some info during a stream yesterday:

According to her, she also got a lot of DMs from "hacks". She thinks a "specific community of people who vtubers work with a lot" were hit. She went on to say the community is "music related". One of the "music related" people she works with got hacked, and one of the managers has a friend who was hit as well. She also said that the phishing attempt was really convincing and that she would have fallen for it too.

Not sure why she and others are being so vague about it, but my guess is that it sounds like some people related to music may have had their accounts compromised and the bad actors used those accounts to send phishing links to those they've done work with. Not sure, though.
