I watch some of the EN First Stage guys and I haven't noticed any viewers that behave like the ones niji has. If they are trying to take their viewers, so far they've only won over the more normal ones (for a fujo).

Until they start doing "I shoved you under a table and you are giving me a blowjob ASMR" kind of content the more deranged ones will probably not move. They seemed to gather the ones who thought that NijiEN is now icky and wanted drama free femboys. Which in turn made NijiEN fujos much worse on average
Ah yes, Anycolor. The company who hired a pooner, fired them in less than stellar terms and never hired any trans person ever again. Having only one on your record isn't exactly an achievement lol.
Yes, there are rumors and implications that yugo was only let go favorably because she fought for her right of a graduation and not a termination, and then she went on wrestletuber anyways, in the first major event where doki collabed with all the ex-Nijis sans kuro
Bringing up a single trans person that was neglected by the core company and happily collabs with people who are persona non grata is a real big W, Gundou Mirei was also very openly gay and she also got shafted
Considering Kiara thrives, Kronii does too, and they're cartoonishly gay and "NB" respectively (among a fuckton of others like Ollie, Nerissa, could go on), while Yugo was seemingly pushed out for being menhera and not supported properly, Holo technically has a better track record at uplifting fags but they dont let them be activists so it doesnt count
It's also in the Phoenix Convention Center (with a capacity of ≈ 12k) in Arizona, one of the top two Four Corners states. Apart from maybe some cool meet & greets, nobody's putting tons & tons of money into events at this con when ANYC ( ≈ 63k attendees last year) was less than a month ago.
Honestly I don't know if it's a me thing but if you go to a interview and you feel the need to say you are a trans that would be a red flag for me, it feels like they want to get the moral high ground you know... "if you don't accept me after that it is because I am a trans, and nothing else"
Once on stream, IIRC. According to his loony toons ex, he would do it all the time and purposely behind the scenes. Whether you believe her or not is up to you. No one has been able to disprove her claims, AFAIK and she clearly had insider access until around after Yugo was fired.

"Do VAllure talents get any kind of PR training?" ...from who, exactly?
Probably the funniest thing that a Nijisister has posted in quite some time (even if it was unintentional)
