Infinite suspension is looking like their new plan to avoid termination scandals.....
But that just opens up another can of worms. Are they going to keep "Liver 1" perpetually on the bench, unable to stream for Nijisanji or privately, until the contract runs out?

Maybe they're hoping their audience will have moved on so when the end comes around no one will care? I don't think that will work, mind you - if Niji hadn't made themselves into a drama magnet it might be a valid strategy, but....

Don't they have a JP streamer still in limbo due to lawsuits for over three years now? And isn't there another JP streamer they still have listed who just up and disappeared four or five years ago?

It delayed the impact and most people have lost interest, which allowed their new wave to easily be one of their most popular unlike the one they dropped right after Selen that completely bombed. It worked about as well as it could have.

Yes?

It's hardly the first time.

To be fair if Niji are trying to sack one or both of them and they're putting up a fight legally there's a good chance the situation is constantly changing, which would make putting together an official statement incredibly difficult.

It doesn't make it any less funny as a spectator shitshow, but there's probably a reason why it's playing out like this.

I still don't understand why they don't stream on alt while doing their potential legal fights. Contract might not expire, but it is suspended in it's entirety while legal dispute goes on. There are literally no repercussions for doing your own thing in the meantime, especially if you just want to fuck off.
Same goes for being suspended for "breaking rules". No matter how you word it in the text, this is effectively suspension of the contract unless you explicitly pay your contractor for the lost stream revenue.

There's no way she's not out, she did another two voice streams

She even put up a waiting room to use for chat

Won't archive them since she said nothing of note, but looks like she's free
:sinktheyacht:
Edit: only noteworthy thing is mentioning getting her new model
