Anycolor released translated versions of the changes to the clipping guidelines and the overreaction of /r/kurosanji and others is confirmed again.
The guidelines are pretty much the same as Cover's and only ask you to register with them, not requires you to. The most scandalous information coming out of this is that Anycolor apparently considers "Live-ers" to be the proper localization and not just "Livers". I guess that at least eliminates the confusion with internal organs.

Based on the fact that she doesn't seem to interact with males, the guy in the video likely has to be either another niji liver or a whale. The other girl sounds to be a corpo vtuber. Mentions a "raccoon" as manager who designed on her design, but that could be anyone. They all play League though, could narrow things down a lot.
