Sometimes it feels that in Hololive if you are popular enough you dont have time to do anything else because your work schedule gets so loaded that you have to forget about everything else
For example Lap couldnt keep appearing with the group she formed (Milky Suicide) because there where always something to do so the group kinda its the rest of the members minus her
Also her throat is damaged most of the time due to the workload
I hope it gets lowered because i dont want her to lose that beatiful voice

For being a Brit born in a place that originated the English language, you seem to not have a good grasp on it. She said she doesn't see the company going in a negative direction, not that she doesn't see anything wrong with the company.
and you seem to have ignored the most important part:

she knows the other girls have different expectations of the company.

This so far means only Fauna lacked or wanted something that she deemed important enough to leave, and for now it looks like Chloe and Fauna are leaving for different reasons. and since only JP members have stated they don't like the direction the company is going I will assume EN has not encountered the same issue, for all we know Chloe and Aqua didn't want a bloated branch with all the new talents they hired for Dev-is.
