Bit of a negative take, judging by Altare's recent 3D issues and Vesper i dont think they exactly have a stellar management, its possible that they have a skeleton crew and they earn enough revenue to justify their existance snd niche, this is maybe not enough for a black company status but still

but the TLDR is: There are many reasons why one might graduate, and "issues with management" is very broad and vague and while it sounds the same for us, the specific issues the talent might have might be completely different. There was no big change in direction or event one could easely point to, and the company changes really slowly and gradually (to kiaras frustration). The issues Talents might have with management arent big stuff but more like a death by a 1000 cuts.

On the other hand, streaming isn't a job with a lot of ongoing expenses once you're all set up, either. So long as they're making enough money to cover themselves there's no harm in keeping them ticking over. Whether they're happy with that is another thing though.

I follow Vtubers because of escapism, but I find these Vtubers more cruel than reality.
What annoys me the most, both for vtuber and for the project. The trust of the audience seems to be nothing to mention.

This is a good point. I wonder if we will see more talents who solely opt going the vtuber corpo route for the main reason of getting a bigger following once they leave. It's not a bad plan. Stay a couple years, then leave with some extra cash and most the fans who will find you once you start up your PL streams.

I've also wondered if we'll see an influx of vtubers going the talent agency route and skipping the corpo scene altogether. Mythic has signed quite a few vtubers over the past couple years. And from what I've gathered, they have less involvement with the streaming and focus more on getting sponsors.

Enjoy and support them while they're there. No vtuber will last forever, but you can have a great time watching while they're here.

On the surface this seems like a pretty positive take on the situation - nothing has gone horribly wrong recently, there isn't some sudden change in direction that's driving people out (she specifically says the changes have been slow and predictable). But the implication of that is that there isn't a simple fix for the problems either - they aren't going to solve this by firing Omega 2.0. And she doesn't say it quite this explicitly but she's expecting more talents to get burned out and leave - even if the cost benefit analysis favors staying sometimes people have just had enough...
