we are so back femproctor fans
Are you vagueposting about Furi who is obviously long gone, or at least someone new?Won't be the last!
We saw this coming from miles away. Estella already happily streaming on her PL, however, her established community is a bit cringe.
Her sudden suspension after her birthday stream was a surprised to me. I have a feeling it could be the handling of the dono money as well as the issue with merch.Glad she's finally leaving, she's basically just been coasting ever since her birthday suspension.

We have been calculating that Vreverie was not going to last the year since they botched on purposed the debuts of their talents of the third gen, reminder that these genius debutted them alongside V4Mirai new gen for some reason and got mogged hardcore in CCVs during the debutsAre you vagueposting about Furi who is obviously long gone, or at least someone new?
Niji is like the Soviet Union, easier to be a punching bag when it's the biggest kid in the block and it can stand its hemorrhaging for longer, guess that would make Wactor and Vreverie Cambodia and Albania.Between Wactor refusing to fuck off and Vrev's self-immolation, Nijisanji's gotta step up to keep it's crown as the top EN punching bag.
Unless they manage to rape and kill (not necessarily in that order) a talent, no one is beating Negrosanji for 2024 after Selen and the self-inflicted crippling of their EN branch.Between Wactor refusing to fuck off and Vrev's self-immolation, Nijisanji's gotta step up to keep it's crown as the top EN punching bag.
Female ProctorStella Starfall of Vreverie is graduating with her last stream being in November
Damn VRev how low can you go?
Damn VRev how low can you go?
>vtubersI would think that Vrev management would be in violation of their side of the contract, so would it be valid anymore? Unless she signed an absolutely awful one, which considering vtubers is what probably happened.

I'd imagine the combination of refusing to pay whatever she's owed, her being a contractor, and even the more narrowly tailored non-compete clauses would fail to survive any kind of judicial scrutiny. It's not like she's in possession of some kind of knowledge or anything that'd have a plausible risk of damaging the fags running this scam.>vtubers
>actually paying an effective lawyer to vet contracts
Lol, lmao
At this point, they 100% breached contract irrelevant of what they actually wrote there.I would think that Vrev management would be in violation of their side of the contract, so would it be valid anymore? Unless she signed an absolutely awful one, which considering vtubers is what probably happened.
Damn VRev how low can you go?
If VRev breached the contract first, whatever Furi does at this point doesn't matter, it's just a piece of paper. VRev could try to run after her, but it won't go anywhere since their hands would not be clean.I would think that Vrev management would be in violation of their side of the contract, so would it be valid anymore? if she is american she can tell them to shove it because Biden made non compete illegal and gaynd even the more narrowly tailored non-compete clauses would fail to survive any kind of judicial scrutiny

I'm wondering if it's a stipulation of specifically her suspension? I was under the impression the Gen 3 girls explicitly had permission to have alts/remain active on PLs.She says she's not allowed to work independently, but Estella has been streaming on her PL for basically the entire she's been in Vrev without any issue.
This doesn't make sense unless Furi got an extra shitty contract for some reason (which is unlikely, because no way the idiot owners would go through the trouble of making different contracts).
Or does she not know about Estella's PL at all somehow?
Either way, there's no way withholding pay due isn't enough to say the contract was breached. She really shouldn't feel like she's still obligated to obey them anymore.
She follows her so definitely not that.Or does she not know about Estella's PL at all somehow?
Nah, pretty much all vtuber corpos will fail the test for independent contractor in all relevant jurisdictions. I.E. niji contract fail literally every single check. If they insist on upholding IC status - then all their streamers can not only stream on personal accounts as much as they want, but also free to sign with other corpos at the same time.Don't know if it applies to Britain or Singapore, but I'm sure the nature of VTubing means talents are essentially independent contractors, not employees. She can walk away without real consequences (except it looking bad on the CV if she tries to go corpo again - but I'm sure that VRev is already known well enough in the small corpo space that no one would fault her for bailing).
They 100% did, but my bet is their contract is buttwipe in the first place. In any case, they have no money to even annoy anyone legally. If VRev breached the contract first, whatever Furi does at this point doesn't matter, it's just a piece of paper. VRev could try to run after her, but it won't go anywhere since their hands would not be clean.
Nah, she seems to be still in denial stage. "no, surely this can't be a blatant scam, surely they couldn't hoodwink me... "I'm wondering if it's a stipulation of specifically her suspension? I was under the impression the Gen 3 girls explicitly had permission to have alts/remain active on PLs.
Either that or she specifically got fucked with her contract. Nothing about her situation has ever made sense in any case.
