She was friends with EN manager and previously IN member before the branch even started. The fact that IN livers were moved to a manager position in the new branch after the IN got cancelled is it's own story. And we know of it because Finana said that this person was present during her own audition. Which made it not only incredibly easy to more or less control who gets hired and who doesn't, but also to promote her own ideas with management. On top of that she is one of the few people in the branch who can actually speak japanese, so when eventually management wasn't just a couple pajeets from the dead branch she became their goto to arrange communications between livers and managers, giving even more control because management seemingly refused to interact with livers directly or took weeks to reply. Which Nijisanji was generous enough to provide the source for us on their own. A proper company would notice this and take actions immediately, and their KR branch died literally the exact same way EN did, but they still learnt nothing from it.
Effectively firing her now would force them to acknowledge how much they fucked up, and she definitely was in on conversations that they very likely don't want to be public. And if the last 2 years have taught us anything, it's that Nijisanji prioritizes hiding the skeletons and never accepting it's fault above literally anything else. So they can't exactly get rid of her either

For those that don't know, NISA (Nippon Ichi Software of America) is absolute dogshit publisher and localizer that brings in NIS titles to the West. People have been riding their asses for years about what a poor job they do with game translation, porting, logistics, and general quality control. A lot of the hate is deserved.

Look at the amount of streams. Aia has the 4th most streams out of the whole branch, and Reimu streamed way more than the rest of Ethyria did. It's actually funny how Aia and Scarle were the only ones who managed to make money off of a full stream schedule though: Finana, Aster, and Bandage in particular would probably get a better hourly rate flipping burgers at this point.
