Imagine if they pretend to let her come back, make her do the birthday stream, and then fine her all the superchat earnings. 
I've probably just forgotten, but can someone refresh me on why Kotoka is suspended/gone all the time? Or at least whatever the most probable rrat is?
He could just be a corpo bootlicker... but is it possible he works for the company? I know NISA isn't exactly a nobody company, but they only have around 70 employees I think. Seems like a sturdy enough wind could bring them down these days, and he's running an incredible amount of defense for a company that has turned into such a small player in the business. They used to be a lot more prominent back in the 2010's where they would publish around 10 games a year, but now they're down to just 3 in the past year. They used to publish things for NA like the neptunia games and even had the first season of LoveLive and YuruYuri. Obviously those didn't stick because NISA has always been shit no matter what this guy says, but I guess what I'm trying to get at is that I have a hard time believing this guy is just some hardcore NISA fan. Like really bro? I feel like it's not even possible for that description of a person to exist to be honest. AT least not without a vested interest in the success of that company.

Overthinking with schizos like this, usually just leads to needless headaches. He does the same shit for Anycolor that he did for both Rooster Teeth and NISA. The more likely explanation of his behavior is that he feels so personally invested in the things he likes he treats critique and insults directed towards his favorite franchises/companies as personal insults and grave offenses.
He genuinely wants to play into life ruination over shitting on Anycolor.

Tickets for Nijisanji's countdown live show cost 15,000 yen, and since it's supposed to be a countdown with the live streamers, the show ends after the last train → so anyone who isn't a local will have no choice but to book a ridiculously expensive hotel for the end of the year.Since the event is available for free online streaming, only dedicated fans will be able to come to the venue, so it's a bit strange that the performers are not all there for the countdown using recorded footage without any notice

Furthermore, some live streamers even try to deceive the locals by pretending to be in the area when recording the MC parts.

My friend went to the Nijisanji countdown live, but came back as a disgruntled monster due to allegations of recording I usually go to 3DCG concerts in other areas, so I'm used to waving a penlight at nothing, but that's different for VTubers. Due to the nature of VTubers, if they're recording, they should let us know in advance. Poor thing.

Does Nijisanji's countdown live have a proper live director?There are a lot of things that wouldn't happen at a normal artist's concert, the tempo was so bad that the transitions between each part were so off, and it seemed like the person in charge of the concert was directing it???That's 15,000 yen, wow.

Nijisanji Countdown Live Local residents were unable to spend the important New Year's Eve with their families and had to arrive the day before and spend it in a hotel,It was all supposed to be just to celebrate the New Year with the streamers, but the streamers who were involved in the recording were spending the time comfortably with their families at the time, so it's disgusting that the management is at fault. But the streamers' credibility has also gone down.

They have created an additional sense of scarcity beyond the birthday angle with her impending execution. It will sell to some degree.
I think they actually only missed it once before her suspension in the 6+ months since they started doing it, and only because the dude was on vacation that week.

Just a general observation I made in recent times: Home 3D seems to be really easy to get approved now.
I don't know when or what changed, but a lot of people are doing home 3D these days with varying levels of underlying tech, and they all get to use their official 3D models, no need for chibi models or anything.
Scarle had a home 3D stream just a couple of days after her studio 3D debut. And in the past few weeks I've seen home 3Ds from Enna, Luca, Alban and Millie and earlier last year Ike, Vox, Reimu and Rosemi have done home 3D.
Also, Scarle was already able to have a second studio 3D stream with all the bells and whistles like producers and camera men.
