Just a general observation I made in recent times: Home 3D seems to be really easy to get approved now.

I don't know when or what changed, but a lot of people are doing home 3D these days with varying levels of underlying tech, and they all get to use their official 3D models, no need for chibi models or anything.
Scarle had a home 3D stream just a couple of days after her studio 3D debut. And in the past few weeks I've seen home 3Ds from Enna, Luca, Alban and Millie and earlier last year Ike, Vox, Reimu and Rosemi have done home 3D.
Also, Scarle was already able to have a second studio 3D stream with all the bells and whistles like producers and camera men.

Was it an approval issue? Nobody but the first wave even had 3D until this year. And from them (that I remember): Elira used it sometimes, Finana has never used it at all, and Pomu only used it once near graduation because it was broken.
