Look at the amount of streams. Aia has the 4th most streams out of the whole branch, and Reimu streamed way more than the rest of Ethyria did. It's actually funny how Aia and Scarle were the only ones who managed to make money off of a full stream schedule though: Finana, Aster, and Bandage in particular would probably get a better hourly rate flipping burgers at this point. :selenpointandlaugh:
According to google it's 10 dollars per hour at McDonalds and she makes around 60 dollars per stream (I would assume they are not taking into account YT and Niji cut because why would they). So it would actually make it about equal, except you sit at home and stare at the screen playing video games. Instead of doing physical work and dealing with customers. This is assuming she streams for about 2-3 hours, if she is gacha slopping for 6+ then... yeah flipping burgers is a better offer

Depends on where you live if you're in the US, a lot of places are getting way higher than that now. If they're in Cali, for example, they're legitimately losing money by not burger flipping.

More funny tweets regarding the Niji countdown, this time I searched for it myself.

@qj4bt
Was it a countdown live recording of Niji Sanji...? I'm sorry...
My friend said to me, “It's just a video?”
I denied it. If there's a possibility that future shows will be recorded as well, why would I go...? I thought...

@misosiruunma
I was watching the Niji-sanji countdown live and someone asked me, “There's no one on stage, is there? Aren't these people just waving penlights at the monitors and feeling empty? Is this the kind of concert you usually go to? I thought my father was the devil.

@mikan___oishi
I believe that the reason why the allegation of recording and remote control of Niji-sanji countdown live is so controversial is because “listeners have no choice but to believe what they see” and “they have no choice but to swallow words due to the nature of V” in promoting Vtubers. Anycolor Inc. should take it seriously that they have “lost their credibility as a major V firm” after this incident.

V's real events are just a “look at the screen”. It's a tacit understanding that further prying is taboo. That's why I participate in the event believing that my guesses are actually there. The voices of the circle, the choruses, and the reactions of the people themselves reassure me. It is built on trust. This is very different from the real scene of other idols, bands, etc., so it is not something that can be compared.

Listeners who attend the event are well aware that they might not be there, or that it might be recorded. It's a shame that Niji Sanji, which has held numerous real events to dispel those fears, has now come to this point.

Niji-sanji countdown live
The fatal thing is that from now on, the geeks who went to the site will have to go through the process of confirming whether their guesses are really in front of them or not, once it's recorded.
Whether unconsciously or consciously.
What used to be the norm is no longer the norm.

I felt strange about the Niji-sanji countdown live, but was it all recorded/remote?
I knew it was strange when they were streaming at midnight on the day of the event even though the venue was in Osaka. ......? My intuition was right!
I'm really glad I didn't pay the money to go there.
Niji-sanji regularly licks their customers, don't they?

On the one hand, people flock to Vocaloid concerts to wave pen lights at streams too, and there's a certain value in just being in a venue with a high-energy crowd that sets it apart from just watching it at home. But on the other hand, people going to those concerts know what they're getting themselves into, and I don't think expecting a live aspect from a vtuber concert is unreasonable given how the industry is (at least currently) centered around live performances. If it was all going to be pre-recorded, Nijisanji should have disclosed it early on so it wasn't a surprise to those who paid so much for a ticket.

Aren't most of these "live" concerts not even live and prerecorded? Why are they so shocked about this one.

It's common practice for 3D performances to be prerecorded, but Holo tend to sprinkle in live MC segments to engage the crowd. If it literally is just a prerecorded video that feels kinda soulless.

This should be added in the quotes. Fucking hell, it's sad and hilarious at the same time.
:dokiwheeze:

Also, Kurosanji will stay on the 2025 menu boys. We eatin' good this year!

Vocaloid concerts like mikuexpo at least started featuring live bands and MC sessions to make it feel more like a proper "live", there is literally no excuse for a company as big as Anycolor not to include stuff like that when they're demanding money for the venue attendance. Might as well make it stream only like how Hololive did their countdown concert at that point.

I got to give him credit, he lasted a little longer than expected considering he comes from the infamously 'strong' Nijisanji community.

Not that it matters anyway since I doubt that the Anykuro staff could even understand the schizo nonsense that was his document. What an amazing crash out for the new year.

Given that the streams are actually setup on Youtube, she seems to be alive. Whether she will end up announcing her graduation then is another thing lol.

Probably just a coincidence that her indefinite hiatus turned out to be exactly 1 month long.:cursedbae:
