Race to Elira Update (Doki/Elira Live Count Update Link):
Dokibird has reached 540k subs, surpassing Sonny (down another 1k to 524k) and Millie (down 3k to 526k).
Next up:
-572k Elira herself has dropped another 4k
They are now 31,600 subs apart, they were 54k apart yesterday. At this rate, she should catch up to Elira in about 2 days.

The only other talents above her are Enna and the Males
-623k Uki (-1k)
-659k Enna (-3k)
-693k Alban (-2k)
-939k Shu (-2k)
-976k Ike (-2k)
-1.07M Luca (unchanged)
-1.37M Vox (unchanged)

In regards to Luca and Vox, their sub counts only update in minimal intervals of 10k because they're in the million sub range, so they could be down 9k subs for all we know and it won't update until it breaks 10k.
In addition to your stats I thought I'd give an update on Sayu's YouTube numbers. Despite the fact that her drama ended a bit less than a year ago she has been given a second wind due to current events. Her boost is nowhere near as dramatic as Doki's, but her last few streams have hovered between 1k-2k instead of being the usual 3 view which would actually put her at around the same level as lower end NijiEN Livers.

As you can see, while she did get a boost once Selen's termination got announced, the biggest boost came when the smear stream by Elira dropped and clique rrats gained a ton of credibility. This forced many people to eat crow about Sayu's exit. Nearly 10k in a day. 30k since Selen's termination.

I don't know anything about stock trading haha. I looked into Cover stock once, but last I checked, they weren't traded overseas and it was incredibly complicated to be able to purchase stock and required working with a broker that did overseas trading.
Stock trading is something people think is a lot more complicated than it actually is. If you want to buy shares for businesses in your country, just have a chat with your bank and they should be able to help you set up an account which you can use to buy and manage shares. Overseas is a bit more time-consuming and less user-friendly, but the same bank can help you with this process.

Now, let's move on to the meme of buying shares in an your personal favourite overseas company. Presumably you want to buy shares since you like the company itself, believe in it's future prospects, and your detailed knowledge of the company should helps you decide how the market will move before it does. On the downside, managing and monitoring overseas shares is less user-friendly, transactions take longer to process, and the extra fees attached which make the market gains of really small purchases (say, a few thousand dollars) worth a lot less than they should be. Unless you're a large investor (you aren't) I would avoid buying shares in your favourite overseas company.

The alternate is to put your money into an existing portfolio managed by financial institution. Downsides like long transaction times still exist but the upside is the relatively lesser risk compared to buying shares from a single company.

Riku is basically Flintheart Glomgold.

Exactly as greedy as Scrooge, but none of the intelligence.
YAGOO is Scrooge Aviel is Glomgold Riku is Ma Beagle Top of the hiarchy winning through sheer numbers rather then any actual planning.

That that leaves fishman as Darkwing Duck. A bumbling Fool who is somehow endearing.

Now I'm picturing Flare (Negaduck), Polka (Quackerjack), Miko (Megavolt), Suisei (Liquidator), Noel (Bushroot)...

But this is probably getting off topic.
Susan is Magica DeSpell.

Still missing Gizmoduck.

For those not caught up on the Total Retard War thread, Doki has gained a big boost in sub growth compared to yesterday because twitter has realized she's closing in on Elira's sub count. As of right now, the gap is around 3.5k and has shifted a few times from Doki getting culled some subs while Elira keeps getting sudden 300/400 sub boosts whenever she gets close to dipping below 570k.

EDIT: As of now, the current numbers 566,916-570,295. Just keeping the number tracked here to note any cullings/sudden sub boosts.
EDIT2: Right as I posted the last edit, Doki was culled 200 subs. Doki 567,035/Elira 570,293 (-3257)

Anycolor English Talent Manager = ¥3.6 - ¥5 million
So basically ¥65,853/45 = ¥1463.4/hour. Minimum wage in Tokyo set at ¥1,113/hour
further autistic write up inspired by this reply to me on reddit:
Their stated range of ¥3.6-5.0 mil per year is pretty normal for entry level full time roles in Japan, assuming they have a good spread of wages and don't just give everyone the bottom ¥3.6 mil number. This page also says that the average wage for 20-something year olds in project management/planning jobs is about ¥4-ish mil per year.
But just for comparison, Cover states a range of ¥4.5-9.0 mil per year for a role that requires similar skills. This is also insane, but in a good way. The upper half of that range pays more than I'm getting with a year of experience in tech + a master's degree.
This one less of a nijisanji and more of a nijisanji / Hololive Comparison as I attempt to wade through Cover's recruitment shit:
- Talent manager:
+ Hololive English Talent Manager: Offered pay ¥4 million - ¥7 million a year. Native level English is required. (Nationality doesn't matter! More than 80% of the current team members are from outside Japan). Also note that hololive has 1 talent - 1 manager policy. While any color does 5-7 talents - 1 manager and offer ¥3.6 million - ¥5 million a year
+ Hololive Indonesia Talent Manager: same as above.
+ Hololive Indonesia Talent Manager Leader: ¥5 milion - ¥8 million

- Director of Overseas Business Development Office: ¥10 milion - ¥20 million
・Those who take ownership in their work and spare no effort to do their best
・Those with a strong ambition to boldly take on challenges and learn from many mistakes
・Those who think for the sake of the team, act on their own, and take the lead・Those who
can move forward with projects while working closely with members with diverse roles and backgrounds, from management to front-line members
・Those who sympathize with the mission and values of Cover Co., Ltd. Those who can approach work with respect for creators. Those who can
view company problems as their own, not as a critic, and who can think of and implement all possible means to solve them. Those who can tackle miscellaneous tasks and detailed work well.
・Honest and sincere person
- Anycolor:
・Those who can work with an awareness of ``what the fans want'' rather than ``what they like''
・Those who are patient and have a strong sense of responsibility
・Those who have a strong passion for creating interesting content
・Business partners and creators
・ Those who can treat others with respect
You can see the 2 different tones, Cover values sympathy & respect towards creators, looking for honest and sincere people. While Anycolor looks for obedient work horse who can treat their superior with respect. Nothing about respecting creators. These messages are shared for all position in the 2 company.

- Content department - a third department outside of Sales & Talent Management, dont see anycolor have this from either their linked in or job offers
+ Hololive English content director: Main job is to create content for Hololive and coordinate with livers. Nationality doesn't matter! All current team members are from countries other than Japan. ¥4.5 million - ¥9 million a year. The redditor guy referenced this.
+ Hololive English assistant content director: ¥3.5 million - ¥5 million a year, assisting the contend director.
+ Oversea event planning: ¥5 milion - ¥8 million

- Public Relations: Outsource

- Miscellaneous jobs:
+ Moderator/Customer support: ¥1,150/hour, part-time, remote work possible, work in shifts. Barely above the minimum wage of ¥1,103
+ Community Mangager (Indonesia): ¥4 million - ¥7 million
+ In house Eng-Japanese communicator: ¥4 million - ¥6 million a year. Does not do subtitle work.
+ Back office assistant for people with disabilities: salary private, 4 days off a week negotiable. Working hours negotiable. Listed as part-time job but you are entitled to ALL the perks of a full-time employee (mental health care, annual leaves, parental leaves, social security, etc.). Seriously stop winning for once Mr. Yagoo...
- In charge of subtitles and translation (Spanish): Outsource
- In charge of subtitles and translation (Japanese-English): Outsource
- Oversea Sales (Korea): ¥5 milion - ¥8 million testing the waters... mayhaps?

Tl;dr pays better than anycolor with clearer message and having more departments (before even looking at holoearth dept.), jobs are more segregated instead of one person do all. Where is all the money going riku????

Crossposting here as well E: it seems when I've posted this, Elira was 570k. But now Doki has 570k as well.
Elira has now dipped to 569k, Doki has officially passed her.

Kyo’s last stream was call call-ins. Everyone dropped in except three: Elira, Rosemi, and Victoria.
He said those who didn’t show up send messages, with Vivi getting a shoutout for sending a cute picture.
Cross posting from the Kyo graduation thread. Elira has been MIA since the Black Screen video, and Rosemi has been totally MIA since the announcement of Selen's departure.

Anyone remember when Scuddle was mocking asking about why Cover need more employees than Anycolor despite having less talents? I do. I'm too lazy to look for the post though.
