Women have 100x more forced human interactions than men do. Men are cringe because of the lack of those options, its ok to be cringe as a dude. She should be able to master it by the time she hit 30, since society shoves endless waves of interactions in their face at a young age.
I don't know about you but they have for me (I am very much past thirty). When you're younger, your lack of life experience, especially with social situations leaves you making mistakes that are "cringe". As you get older, you get more experience, you better understand social cues that others are putting forward, and even in novel situations, you at least have some ideas how to respond in ways that, if not perfect, are at least within the bounds of social acceptability of other people.
Or maybe I find myself giving less of a shit about what other people think as I get older. Who knows?
To tie back into the thread's titular character, I don't know how you reach thirty and don't have enough experience to not say that you want someone to go pee on you if that's not your fetish.
Let me just say, it's also hard to physically disgust Pippa (vomit drawer anyone?) so for Clara to disgust her means it was so cringe and retarded that Pippa really needed to say something.
