It would be actual advice for her. Remember, this is the projects thread, we're trying to think of something we can collectively throw the forum's effort behind for her like we did last year with the cookbook. There's no guarantee this is what this year's project will actually end up being, but I'm trying to at least gauge interest in this to see if it's feasible or desired, because I don't want this sneaking up on us again like the cookbook did last year for the debut anniversary in June.

Ok, then she should look into Form 8880 an IRS filing that provides government funding matching to an IRA account.

You have to meet a certain threshold of AGI that's low but she can funnel money into expenses via Phase to lower her AGI and probably has deductions she can make as self employed and as an entertainer that would reduce her AGI. The IRS will literally throw one to two thousand in IRA contribution matching, and your contribution is deductible when calculating AGI.

Also, dump your IRA in low expense ETFs like the SPYD, SPY, or others and ignore their movements until you retire. It's not ideal, but it's very normie friendly.

It's not feasible IMO. We wouldn't be able to give her any advice that she won't be able to find in a 5 dollar Amazon paperback, and we don't know what her specific finances and needs look like. Also, even the smartest investments have a chance to go sour; on the off chance she lost her money to TVA's advice that'd be terrible for her and us.

A tech troubleshooting / reference guide customized to the hardware and software she personally uses. A step further would be to plug the data into an LLM to make her a personal techfagbot.

This sounds particularly infeasible to me, since A.) would invariably be a colossal amount of work, and B.) we aren't omnipotent and we don't really know the actual day-to-day ins-and-outs of her hardware/software beyond surface level. This would basically become advanced armchair tech backseating, unless someone were willing to actually buy the exact same shit she has to have firsthand experience with everything she does to satisfy her tism.

This sounds funny, but seems more like a shitpost gag idea than something on the same caliber and value as the website and cookbook, which is what we should still be aiming for.
