I can’t believe Clara hates Sleepy that much that their bickering is destroying the company!
I will note that both Pippa and Lia streamed occasionally on their PL accounts during their first year in Phase, but stopped doing so after the one-year mark, so I've seen people theorise that PL activity rules were updated when their contracts were renewed. Alternatively, you could see it as them becoming more "comfortable" in Phase after the notoriously shaky management of the company's first year, and no longer feeling the need to keep their alts ready to jump ship. Of course, these two ideas are not mutually exclusive.
This suggests that there might be more PL activity restrictions nowadays that at the start of Phase. Then again, Jelly has kept up some activity on her Moonjelly account, but Invader contracts are different from regular members' contracts, so the situation is not really clear.

The vast majority of woman find building a family and taking care of them far more fulfilling than a career (even a "dream" career like, say, being a Japanese idol or a vtuber). This only becomes more pronounced with age, when hormones and biology are screaming at women they really should be working on making a family. There's millions of years of evolutionary biology at work here that makes people want to have children that's incredibly hard to deny. Sperging out online about political bullshit on the opposite side of the world is Clara trying to find something to do that's meaningful and where she feels important (this will not work) (neither will vtubing).
Now, because Kelsey actually reads this thead and I don't want to spend this being a complete asshole, Kelsey - you can actually find some meaning in charity work, actually helping other people and expecting nothing in return. You have the perfect schedule that's largely up to you outside of a few meetings, so you won't have any trouble spending even a few hours a week doing this. You might even make some friends with Japanese people outside of Phase Connect, brush up on your conversational Japanese, and actually meet some people that you could meaningfully help. Now, I'm not saying it will fix your image on this thread overnight - you've wished pain and misery on a few too many people you disagree with for that - but it's certainly a good place start, at least.

No, let's talk about why Kelsey has found herself in a cheerleader uniform at 3AM in the morning (and posting videos of herself wearing said uniform on Instagram)? Without the context of Instagram, if she was wearing a cheerleader uniform at 3AM she'd presumably be doing it for someone and having a great time doing it, but the context of getting on Instagram to post videos suggests that she's desperate for attention in a way that's just sad.

I think Pippa said she wanted to go to the restroom to pee and Clara asked if she wanted to go together.
Together as in having Pippa sit on her lap on the toilet and peeing at the same time. This seemed to have grossed drunk Pippa out hard.
Lots of times people have jokingly asked if I needed them to hold it for me when I said I was going to the bathroom. Just trying to shock each other and whatnot. Clara apparently wasn't able to make it clear she was joking, or she wasn't actually joking, and thought it would be well received. And your guess is as good as mine which it was.

We've seen pippa's face. For a delusional narcissist like clara being rejected by someone like pippa definitely made her seethe hard, it wouldn't surprise me if the recent fleshposting and other antics is just her "crashing out" as the youth says.
Clara talks like this all the time, she oozes insecurity. I doubt this is connected to the Pippa incident.
