So either they already had no management to take care of routine proceedings when she graduated, or someone at management has been extra spiteful towards previous livers who graduated. Or it's pajeet being pajeet and the usual incompetence
Doki and Mint still had access to their stuff for a few weeks after (doki longer, given the particular situation) but yeah it being a month later is definitely an oversight, but I'm guessing they were waiting till after the 21st of Oct (when everything is "final" regarding Kunai) to strip her access entirely.
Like every situation, it's 99% just shit stirrers from /vt/ breaking containment. People were hurty that she had dinner with another vtuber (male) and didn't like that, most SK's don't really GAF.
I'm going to assume its related to that one Synchroknight Sayu recently praised by name for being a devoted fan. I think his name is Piprup, but he's known for getting volatile with both sisters, other ex-livers (especially Quinn), and other streamers who stopped interacting with Sayu post-Niji on twitter and reddit. Sort of the face for Synchroknights with a bone to pick for anyone who they perceive as two-faced.
They can, nothing is stopping her from doing it other than wanting to keep up the 'bit' going between them. He's been interacting with others just fine lol. Unless you mean "official collab" then yeah probably not for awhile.
I get that some of it is for laughs. But she herself told him some time ago that, no, the rules haven't changed and that acknowledging that Quinn smashed his nuts "should" be against the rules. That is unless something changed recently. Which I think it might have, since Uki for example doesn't seem like someone to flaunt the rules like that.
It is Enna, it was just an alt account she made like Elira/Finana made at the time, just for less coomer shit. She just barely used it because of aforementioned password forgetting.

Normally id honestly sideye most alt posting rrats from most corpo vtubers since id believe most would be smart and succesful enough to not need to, or atleast wrangled enough to catch people reporting alts to emails and such

Enna has given away that she has alt accounts multiple times at this point, as has Millie. I buy this rrat tbh the typing does seem similar
EDIT: If she was on a Proctor stream that means she or others may be in the Asylum, may be worth it to archive stuff before word gets out
