I think he quite literally cannot understand what the idea of something being off topic is after seeing this, there's no other explanation for why he would do this in every discord except the one it's relevant in.

To me, it's less a matter of whether or not he understands and more of a matter of him not caring. In his broken mind, getting to post his drivel in a Discord means people are giving him attention.

I can give some insight. In basically all of the shit I've been diving through Nolan blames everything......EVERYTHING on external circumstances. Not a single bit of it comes down to personal decisions.
I remember one time I read something to the effect of (paraphrasing) "My dad did this obviously to piss me off. But when I got pissed off, he got even more angry at me. Like, why? You accomplished your goal and made me upset. Why should you get even angrier at me" It's just amazing to read. He's just completely incapable of accepting personal responsibility for his actions. Or it's just like every time here where he'll roll onto his back and say "I'm going to do better" and then two years later he's still doing the exact same dumb shit.

Saw Nolan's activity on Hana Macchia's fancord, as usual on the vent channel. Here's an interesting tidbit before we started: He has joined the Spacebattles forum.
What's Spacebattles? Well, it's an old-ass forum (so they claimed) made purely for sci-fi stuff like Starwars and Star trek stuff, before becoming mostly associated with sci-fi discussions in general, actually decent-quality writing place and currently, vtuber space. It was discussed in TVA a while back on the first general thread, mostly because some folks there found the thread and finding how hug-boxy the place is.
The place is well, still somewhat lenient with PL talk by either putting behind spoilers or DM'ing the person who wishes to discuss said stuff, and having a secondary thread dedicated for stuff related to the "behind-the scenes" stuff with more looser PL talk rules, but the point is that there are two vtuber threads there, Nolan went to the one with a set of rules about no PL talk and then expecting it to be like TVA or the homeland.
Which leads to the vent in Hana Macchia's fancord. Apparently he used it as an opening/intro to a discord server (which is Aqua's fancord, apparently) which the mod notices and subsequently banned him over.
Those links are screencaps to his interactions with the mod in question. He must be very pissed that he copy-pasted the url twice.
Of course he get banned, and he's very angry about it. He posted more screenshots in form of this horrible urls with at least one from Facebook judging by the url. (NOTE: this is not the full post screencap, i cut it off for brevity since it's just one line and bunch of urls)
