I think Nolan just needs a nudge in the right direction. His main problem is he gets excessively mad at small things which makes him an easy target in addition to his lashing out when his flaws are brought out and heavily insulted. He might deserve everything he's wrought but he's still human and I wanna give him a chance. He's no angel but kicking him while he's down feels like kicking a retarded puppy with 3 legs that lashes out at everything, at worst I wanna leave it be.

The "kick the autist" timeloop does get a bit tiring by the hundredth time, yes. A lot of the time now it seems like he hasn't even done anything here - either it's been brought from off-site, or people have been talking about something else autistic which they then relate back to him like they have no other frame of reference (like people used to do with Chris) and then when Nolan complains it's taken as post-hoc justification for the original bitchout.
Even if you're not willing to be that generous almost all of the thread derailments would be dramatically shortened if people just learned to ignore him and didn't keep responding a dozen pages later. Nolan's been like this forever, it is what it is, he's not changing. Permaban him if it's that big a deal or just learn that you don't always need to hit "post reply" if it's not.
Impossible, the writers have shown that they clearly refuse any sort of feedback. I know some say Season 1 was great, but in reality most of the episodes were mid. With the occasional standout episode, atleast the actors seemed to have a good time with it.
If Season 2 ep1 doesn't start with a new intro and a Mexican standoff, I'll be dropping it.

This would honestly be the best solution for him. Ban him whenever the community figures out that it's him. Now Nolan is forced to use a different name and not reveal personal information if he wants to keep posting here. If he can't adapt, he doesn't get to post and it's a mercy for him.
