I really appreciate how Niji literally terminated Selen without telling her a word. She relied on her friends telling her and was fortunate to be awake for it.

I guess she delegated all communucations with black company to lawyer, how every reasonable person should. Every company starts to sing very different songs when they get "my client choose to suspend the contract and all further communications will be exclusively with me" message, followed by some certified mail pointing at illegal terms in contract and contract violations by company (there always some, usually both).

Kyo joining to grow his audience then dipping to likely go back to his PL starting to make him seem like the smartest of all NijiEN.

Yeah, i voiced this opinion earlier in other places, that kurosanji will eventually become a disposable tool for aspiring streamers.
