Whatever changes happened that are causing talents to leave likely started 1-2 years ago. Not something happening now, and if it had been something like DEI that would be very obvious to fans as opposed to other behind the scenes changes.

Theres been some changes in the company but with stuff like Korone and Sega, Gura and the Dodgers, Mori's concerts and EPs, and recently Azki and the nav voice thing i think its not as clear cut if there is some negligence going on unlike Niji.
I think the increased workload and many of these women having their life clock tick could be a decent answer. Chloe also had health issues, Ame had family issues just before going, even A-chan had family health issues. Aqua was the odd one out of this but she also seemed to just enjoy the freedom of stress from being a major corpo darling.

The affiliate status being trialed by a JP now is going to be interesting, though. But i think Hololive isnt exactly going down the toilet just yet even with some issues going on
