Im earnestly somewhat confused as a whole by the overall reaction to Chloe's graduation, to me, the health reasons are some of the more solid pieces of conjecture for the split not entirely being on bad terms, even more so than even Aqua's leaving.
Ame/Dooby also had issues both personal and logistics-wise before leaving, and she hasnt had stable internet ever since she debuted as Dooby, not even on her debut.

Im not saying Holo is perfect and capable of no wrong doing, but the immediete dramafaggening and dooming when most of the site is normally pretty active in quashing rrats by doing even basic research is puzzling

There is a huge difference between "Riku-kun" and "Tazumi-san". Same as "Motoaki-kun" and "Tanigo-san"
You don't need to be japanese to know that there is a difference between calling someone by their first name and last name. I believe this is universal across all culture and language.

People don't use First name + kun for polite speech. It's some thing that is done very casually. Usually between friends or people younger than you.
Polite speech would be calling him "Tazumi-san" (just like how most people call Yagoo Tanigo-san until Subaru misread his name)
First name + kun usually used to address a male younger than you/below your position/friendly affection. The exact same way someone lovingly do first name + chan to a female.
While people lovingly use the Yagoo nick name. Noone in Hololive would address him as "Motoaki-kun" much less "Motokun". It's incredibly rude to address someone by their first name unless you are given permission to do so in Japan.
Tl;dr "Rikun" is a very friendly way of calling someone. Even more so if that person don't share a social background like family/company with you.
