I was gonna point out this is possibly falseflagging, it's too on the nose but she is mentally ill enough to scam her audience 5 times in a row so the game is still running.

My guess is that this picture was made using AI or is stollen from another person and the troll added artifacts/shitty quality filters in Photoshop (there's multiple tutorials about that) to make it seem amateurish.

It's possible that someone's trying to do something to fuck with her, probably just low-level trolling than a properly planned-out gayop though. It could be entirely coincidental since the username is just two dictionary words together, it's just the timing of them pouncing on it now that's interesting.
