I am going to do an end-of-year stream on the 30th of December. If anyone would like to make a nice thumbnail for it, DM me. I can pay in a free title, advertisement, or filthy lucre - I can actually do this now as PayPal has finally recognized my business account.
Utada Zoey, and while it is possible that Pochi's former genmates give her the cold shoulder from here on out, I don't think it's as much a given as it was with Oceane, since nothing she did directly affected her genmates unlike (what's RRATed for) Oceane. Do any big Idol fans know who Pochi was closest to?

I really wanna blame cunts like @ILOVEYUKOYUREI for this shit, honestly this is so left field I knew she was taking a break but she just decided she wanted to graduate? im a bit flabbergasted not gonna lie
It seems like a relatively happy ending, all things considered, especially since the people who want refunds can get them. Donothons seem pretty easy to mismanage though, at least when the goals are lots of big projects back to back.
Relatively, maybe. Pochi should've gotten all of her money regardless of the circumstances because of contractual obligations, and IdolEn should've been the one to foot all the bill out of their own pocket. Something like what happened with Phase Connect and Yuri would be the ideal. This seems to me she got fucked over and took a raw deal to put it behind her as soon as possible.
Aviel you kike piece of shit YOU HAD ONE JOB!!!! YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO THROW HER INTO THE WOODCHIPPER FEET FIRST YOU HAD TO GO FULL NIJI!!!!!
shitposting aside, seems like pochi pulled a fast one on head jew and it paid off. I'll commend him if he learned from riro and decided to pull up. Whether or not you agree with what riro did, the way they fired her ass was very unprofessional and I don't think they recovered from that blow. Idol may live another day but you just wait till they deploy ES, if they hired latinxs they're fine but if they hired the type of whores in the LATAM scene, oh boy...
Sounds to me as if negotiations weren't going her way but were not yet over when she dropped that twitter bomb. If everyone can come to an agreement one day later, whatever the disagreement was must've been super minor and not worth all this petty drama.
Either it was petty and easily solved by actually talking
or
Aviel said "You can voluntarily quit and take what money you have coming or I'll fire your ass and you get nothing. Pick."

I'm betting we'll see another donothon as Fen within 3 months of her being back. I'm also betting she'll fail to follow through on any of the big goals on that one as well.
This makes 4 donothons at Idol that have goals that aren't going to be fulfilled. Riro's, Yuko's (with her new channel direction there's not gonna be a spicy ASMR), and now two for Pochi.
Not to mention that the completed goals are always the easiest and cheapest. You can look at those donothon spreadsheets and claim they're 75% done but frankly the other 25% is not only the most expensive milestones to reach but where all the actual work and money would be invested.

I don't think so. It's more likely Idol dissolves while she's still a member than anything happening to her while Idol continues to exist. Depending how things go down, she may even get to keep her name and model and actually outlive Idol Corp.
I wonder how good donothons really are in the long term? It seems to me you would be at least partially just front loading the donos the talent would be getting anyways. If billy pay pig donos 1k to get some perk, he's probably going to cut back on donos afterwards. I guess getting attention and subs is good too and I have seen most girls get good boost when they have a donothon. It does suck to see a talent take emotional damage over not being able to fulfill the reward to their expectations though. With the exception of the most basic rewards, it's dependent on other people they can't control and there's going to be problems and let downs fairly often.
I think there is some overall benefit to donothons, provided you do them sparingly, and make sure to fulfill any obligations you make during the donothon. You get extra subs and boosted in the algorithm, especially if you couple the donothon with ads. You get a boost in terms of income, and you also can encourage extra donations or people who don't normally donate to donate, provided there are good incentive goals. You have a point that some people might just donate in advance of donating later, but I feel that many people will just donate extra, and you might have circumstances where you'd appreciate the cash right now rather than portioned out over several weeks or months instead.
