Can someone who's seen the heist-era video provide some context? In what way was the video about her family?
I'd encourage anyone doing a video involving family to lie or not be fully truthful at least in some ways for anti-doxxing reasons, but not in a way that would make you feel uncomfortable.

To be fair to her this is her first proper edited video on these subjects (as opposed to streaming reactions to them) she's just compiling a bunch of testimony into one video to make the overall point of Kurosanjis mistreatment of their talents

If you want to stretch things, they have "Please refrain from making any expressions that could cause confusion with official products." in guidelines for derivative work, but it doesn't mention anything about cosplay, not even once. And the rules were changed in 2021 last time so it checks out. Or if you want to classify a cosplayer as "3D object" then they outright prohibit you from making and displaying it.

Since 2022? Sounds bullshit to me. Someone probably showed the Riku cosplayer to Riku Tazumi and he probably felt insulted and decided to ban cosplaying in NijiFes.
