What a weird way to organize it. So if you are just a random fan of (insert person here) and think that for example "Funniest zatsu streams" would be a fitting award, then your individual vote is practically meaningless since it would have to be coordinated with the fandom as a whole first. And I guess that ten different people could technically win the same award if that gets the most votes for each person?
The only intention of this system is so that everyone can win something, she is just sucking up to people no need to think any deeper. You can't have losers in a big Nijifamily, everyone has to be special.

4. going after people on boards - going on people with an actual arson thread is easier for arrest. Even more so after Kyoani happened, Japan treat them super serious now. YAB did stupid shit, but he posted 0 thread and isn't going to be arrested. He's going to be sued, and will have a proper trial, which could be anywhere across 1-3 years, before getting a sentence. I don't think he will get a long sentence though. Maybe 3 years and out in 2 years on good behavior.
Its only conjecture, but there was a years old tweet (2020) by Mugi Ienaga, a Niji oldfag, about feeling sick after visiting YAB's studio. The tweet was up for years until a day or two after the scandal broke.
It was confirmed that she had visited YAB by the man himself, the tweet is still up
Now, it could have been a geniune sickness and not foul play. But the speed at which the tweets got deleted is somewhat strange and had people really doubt many things.
