It's documented that McLauren is parked under their office, and they are only company in the building with enough money to buy one.
You can't be fucking serious. The only part of my comment you engage in and you don't even pick up on the obvious fucking joke and continue to make a fool of yourself. Please just forget about the cars you can't spell the names of and explain to me what he does with a half billion dollar credit line that leaves him without a way to pay it back?

Hey Bint, because I know you read this forum; what would happen to you on Twitter if you said that same word, huh? Glassmakers and quarries the world over are kept in business by you.

I'm sure he will invent some unfathomably dumb way to fuck it up regardless of any failsafes. :smugpipi:
Problem with vtuber corpos is, almost all of their value is tied to IP. And vtuber IP is the only thing that's absolutely impossible to liquidate. You take loan, buy models and assets, advertisement, finance MVs and concerts etc etc, but you can't resell any of it. Most you can do is to transfer employment contract together with everything else, but how you gonna value all of it? Especially with niji rabid audience who are fans of a corpo instead of creators. And as a cherry on top, talent can legally dip out of this at any moment.

Ok whoa, hold on, you're even more retarded about this than I thought you'd be. I thought you were talking about Riku loaning against his stock for a personal credit line... you know, the only thing he can do. You think Anycolor took out loans to pay for business expenses? Or that Riku took out loans against his personal stock to pay for business expenses? Either which way is a ridiculous assertion.
You know that financial report thing we keep talking about? The boring sheet form of that is legally fucking binding you retard. Expenses are accounted for and loans get declared.
- Anycolor has about $100,000 of long term loans on the books, i.e. nothing.
- Their overall liabilities are 21 million dollars, i.e. nothing.
- Riku can't and won't use his personal fortune for business dealings, at least not without disclosure to shareholders and thus the public.
- Anycolor is cash rich. I get that we're all talking about them putting money into buy-backs and dividends, but they barely make a dent.

True. I'm having too much fun with rrating too far ahead. Or rather, ignoring the layer of obfuscation that being public traded is. Actually selling corpo assets will be consideration only after Riku is fired by other shareholders and new CEO accelerate it into the ground more... But he'd have to part with whole lot more shares first.

For now.
Yeah, it's impossible to guess his personal financial machinations. But i wonder if he still have enough cash to go private? If not, he will be forced to bleed money on dumb shit again, or resign.

Dude, you're talking to the self-described "vtuber business expert" who keeps insisting Dokibird start up her own vtuber corp even after getting utterly blasted, multiple times, by several different people, for how his so-called "expertise" is all pulled straight out of his rectum.

And to top it off, he's an unironic cuck who doesn't regularly bathe. His opinion is best served straight into the garbage can.

I'm going to start temp banning people if they keep deliberately bypassing the wordfilter. I don't actively look for it and hope it just gets reported and dealt with by moderators, but I am not going to tolerate it when it's being done directly in front of me in reaction to my posts.

Niji instated a status effect that turns direct damage into a damage over time so they slowly bleed out instead of getting 100-0'd instantly, and they're trying everything to try to stop the drain.

What the fuck are you talking about? When they put out their year-end report, they announced they were going to do a 7.5 billion yen stock buyback, they had 16.29 billion yen in cash, which would tank them down to 8.79 billion yen. In fact, their annual growth for cash and cash equivalents has been as follows:
  • FY2024.4: 16.29 billion yen (+3.8 billion yen)
  • FY2023.4: 12.48 billion yen (+6.6 billion yen)
  • FY2022.4: 5.86 billion yen (+2.2 billion yen)
  • FY2021.4: 3.62 billion yen (+1.1 billion yen)
  • FY2020.4: 2.49 billion yen (no information provided)
So in terms of recent performance, that buyback took out ~2 years of cash. Even their best year (FY2023.4) would be completely wiped out by that buyback and then some. That "best year" was them chugging along with NijiEN seeing a 70% growth YoY. Looking at their FY2025.1, they only have 9.09 billion yen in cash, which is a gain of 306,416 thousand yen after you consider the 7,499,974 thousand yen they spent on the buyback.

If you think they're going to magically pump out another FY2023.4 performance, you can look at their FY2025.1 performance to see that it's not the case. Their Q1 revenue was down 16.9% YoY and their COGS made up 52.9% of their revenue, which is higher than their YoY where it was only 47.9% of their revenue. Their operating profit tanked by 32.8% YOY from 4,044 million to 2,719 million and their margin dropped from 45.2% to 36.6%. Their net income tanked 32.8% from 2,797 million to 1,879 million with a margin drop from 31.3% to 25.3%. Again, all these YoY comparisons are against their FY2024.1 data.

Unless they see some enormous growth out of nowhere and is completely divergent from their current trajectory, their change in cash and cash equivalents is going to be deep in the red when they post their year-end report. How the fuck is that not a dent? Are you dented in the head?

I thought the word filter was a joke?

Gonna be honest, I hate Anycolor's rigging. Sometimes it feels like Nijisanji riggers are just lazier than other people. Like, is it that hard to just man up and go to work? Why is it so hard for a Niji rigger to actually do something honest with their time, something that actually brings the people around them up instead of tearing them down? Instead, everyone is stuck watching with a stiff expression on their face while the Niji riggers get to walk away with money they haven't earned. And god forbid you call out Niji riggers on their bullshit, because then a horde of internet nobodies who have never met or interacted with a Niji rigger start bitching about it on twitter. Meanwhile, those of us who have been around Anycolor talents get to deal with the constant problems left behind by Niji riggers who couldn't handle an ounce of responsibility. It's a vicious cycle, perpetuated by a black company that should honestly just be sent back to its home country at this point. Seriously, if your company is so black you can't even follow basic rules of business and social etiquette, why do you even stick around?
