From what i learned these daysGonna be honest, I hate Anycolor's rigging. Sometimes it feels like Nijisanji riggers are just lazier than other people. Like, is it that hard to just man up and go to work? Why is it so hard for a Niji rigger to actually do something honest with their time, something that actually brings the people around them up instead of tearing them down? Instead, everyone is stuck watching with a stiff expression on their face while the Niji riggers get to walk away with money they haven't earned. And god forbid you call out Niji riggers on their bullshit, because then a horde of internet nobodies who have never met or interacted with a Niji rigger start bitching about it on twitter. Meanwhile, those of us who have been around Anycolor talents get to deal with the constant problems left behind by Niji riggers who couldn't handle an ounce of responsibility. It's a vicious cycle, perpetuated by a black company that should honestly just be sent back to its home country at this point. Seriously, if your company is so black you can't even follow basic rules of business and social etiquette, why do you even stick around?
Having In house people actually helps avoid a lot of problems due to Japanese laws despite the shit quality
