With so many of them around, generally speaking they probably still coasting along with the loyal fanbase that they have. IMO even with the recent YAB drama and all of that, the talents weren't at fault so it wouldn't make any sense to try to do what the EN talents are getting with decreasing subs thing, so for the time being they should be doing more or less fine. Though at the same time, they still stuck where they are while the more popular ones are getting the attention from ANYCOLOR.
For all we know, the fanbox stuff could be their PL stuff they still maintained or sidegig that they've done alongside their current vtubing stuff so they can do stuff without restrictions or whatever. Can't really assume it as Niji's fault.
