You know, I’d have to agree.

It's not that they don't want to sell those seats cause they hate money or know they won't sell anyways, it's that those seats are absolute ass most of the time for most types of concert. You'd have to sell them for absolute bargain bin prices so most organizers won't bother if the demand isn't incredibly high.

The hololive dream hack one 3rd floor wasnt sold either. I think it's more of a general cons policy to not do so. Not actually a NijiL.

To note that there were still some audience on the dream hack event on the 3rd floor despite not being sold. I think they allowed people to enter for free/staffer were on that floor.

Not con policy, it's logistical issue. To service these far seats you have to raise two more bigger screens with PA, con might simply lack money to rent so much extra gear, it's gonna be like 10x more than just stage and pit.

Concerts are organized with the expectation that they're going to sell the majority of their tickets and make a profit after paying all their concert bills. Now, I'm not an insider with any information about the budget or the sales projections, but I don't think it's a huge leap to say that if they've only sold 10% of your tickets, they're not making a profit. Definitely a Nijisanji L.

Generally, you never even break even below 50% sales. Vtuber concerts are very cheap to stage, so they might break even at 30%

Well, looking at the ticket sales of the Niji 3D concert they can't even break even. If they can't sell in AX then that just further proves that NijiEN is all but dead to the Western audience.
