I asked ChatGPT to summarize this novel to pamphlet length (the AI writing is modern slop):
The document, titled "My Experience With Java_Luca Kaneshiro," is a detailed and deeply personal account written by an individual deeply involved with Luca Kaneshiro, also known by his online aliases Java and Luca, a content creator and member of Nijisanji's English VTuber group, Luxiem. It outlines the author's experiences and observations, aiming to shed light on Kaneshiro's alleged problematic behaviors, including manipulation, sexual harassment, and psychological abuse, both before and after his association with Nijisanji. Here's a detailed summary with an emphasis on the harassment aspects highlighted in the document:

Background and Intent

  • The author decides to share their story in response to new information surfacing about Kaneshiro's behavior towards others within Nijisanji and issues with AnyColor's management of its talents. The document is presented as a means to provide credibility to the author's claims and to inform others who might be in a similar situation but are unable to speak out.

Author's Background

  • The author has been an active streamer since 2014 and has extensive experience in social media, marketing, and PR. They met Kaneshiro in VRChat in December 2018 and developed a close friendship. The author helped manage Kaneshiro's Twitch channel, offering various forms of support and advice.

History of Harassment Pre-Nijisanji

  • The relationship between the author and Kaneshiro began with mutual support and sharing personal struggles. However, Kaneshiro exhibited inappropriate sexual behavior, including masturbating during a VRChat session without consent and expressing discomfort with the LGBTQIA+ community, misgendering a coworker, and showing fear of gay males.
  • Kaneshiro's manipulative behavior escalated over time, with instances of possessiveness, jealousy, and emotional blackmail. These patterns persisted and intensified, leading to frequent arguments and emotional distress for the author.

Transition to Nijisanji and Luca's Behavior Post-Debut

  • After Kaneshiro joined Nijisanji and debuted as Luca Kaneshiro, his behavior reportedly became more problematic. The author details incidents of harassment, both within the Nijisanji community and towards themselves, including manipulation, public disparagement, and sexual harassment allegations.
  • Luca's inability to respect boundaries, coupled with aggressive and harassing behavior, led to significant emotional and psychological distress for the author, exacerbating existing issues with anxiety and depression.

Work for Luca and Uncredited Contributions

  • The author outlines extensive work done for Luca, including managing his Twitch community, technical support, and creating content. Much of this work went uncredited, contributing to the author's feeling of exploitation and disrespect.

Management Issues and Internal Conflicts within Nijisanji

  • The document criticizes AnyColor's management for failing to address the problematic behavior of its talents and for not providing adequate support. The author also highlights conflicts between Luca and other Nijisanji members, suggesting a toxic environment.

Impact on the Author's Mental Health and Conclusion

  • The relationship's toxicity and the ongoing harassment from Luca's fanbase severely impacted the author's mental health, leading to a deterioration of their well-being. The document concludes with a call for accountability and a better support system for talents and individuals involved in similar situations.
The author's account is a call to awareness about the often unseen aspects of online communities and the potential for abuse and manipulation within them. It highlights the need for better management practices and support systems to protect individuals from harassment and abuse.

All of this comes across as some chick being bitter that someone she fell out with is doing better than her. She had multiple opportunities to nip the problem in the bud just by telling him to fuck off, but she went along with it anyway, the only person she has to blame is herself.

You've gotta love the completely unnecessary mentions of him being anti-LGBT and the one guy working with NFTs, for easy twitter points.

Im just going to make a compilation post of all the autism i see instead of making a post by post, apologies if it ends up messy

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. She will continue to try and kill Luca for all her days. I have to say, it'd be really funny if the one thing that actually gets Luca in trouble is Riku finding out he "insulted" him by calling him a kid in a hoodie

We already know that Reimu leaked the fact she brows(e/ed) /vt/ and Rosemi's roommate (Miki) was caught shilling for herself there too (and if I had to speculate, Dizzy probably told her to do it).
Remember Ethyria's anniversary, which they turned into dunking on antis and quoting directly the threads. Because nothing proves more their hatred doesn't affect you, than remembering every single bad thing they said word to word
On the topic - lol. Lmao even. Hoe is still mad Luca wasn't fired and keeps going

Niji was at its peak so all of the smug Nijishills went "OH HAHA BUT IS TRUE!" and "IS A NOTHINGBURGER HOLOS PROBABLY DO IT TOO!" fuck anyone who defended that shit. It's the only time I have genuinely seethed at Niji.
I've never been a niji fan but that really was a nothingburger. A bit of rivalry is healthy, they're young, it's not the sort of thing to say in public but they weren't saying it in public and there's no way they're smart enough for it to have been an intentional leak.
my favorite part was Vox being smug about the EN curse while Mysta is having a menhera meltdown in the next post
and them being smug about gender integration when months later
He actually handled it well though. Honestly at that stage Niji was looking pretty good, they'd had a couple of yabs but they handled them (and Pomu's nudes were a bit later but handled perfectly). It was only with the AR live cancellation that suddenly everything started to look a bit stale, everyone was getting the same merch, new waves weren't standing out, and then after Zaion the decline accelerated.

He didnt handle it too poorly but it was always a talking point of people who wanted to shill Niji over Holo, when in reality the retarded parasociality Vox and some of the boys built up ended up fostering a bunch of people who shat on the women everytime they collabed, this happened to Nina also

>Despite the negative experiences, the author still has fond memories of the friendship they shared with Java/Luca.
She pretty much admits she's doing it because she's jilted. "Oh, he's such a piece of shit yamanba but I love him!"
Bitch take your meds. :medsmoremeds:

>The author hopes for understanding and respect from Java/Luca's supporters as they share their story.

I asked ChatGPT what Nijisanji should do to rectify the situation:
Given the severity of the situation, Nijisanji should issue a public apology to Selen Tatsuki for the abrupt and insensitive manner in which they terminated her contract, especially if the claims made in the Twitter post were inaccurate or misleading. Additionally, they should communicate transparently with their audience about the steps they are taking to rectify the situation and ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future. It's also important for Nijisanji to privately address any grievances or concerns directly with Selen Tatsuki and work towards an amicable resolution.

I also asked it what it thought of my idea of an apology:
Performing a naked dogeza (a deep bow while naked) as a form of apology would not be appropriate or necessary. Instead, Nijisanji CEO Riku Tazumi should issue a sincere apology through more conventional means, such as a written statement or a press conference, addressing the concerns of shareholders and the general public regarding Selen's disrespectful firing. Transparency, accountability, and a genuine commitment to rectifying the situation would be more effective in rebuilding trust and repairing the company's reputation.

It's just an AI, anyway, what the hell does it know?

Oh yeah about the other couple, just a rrat but when it comes to the other couple (there's no way its not Enna and Kyo btw) it was rratted that Vox and Reimu dated for a while a long time ago until he cheated. Again, rrat, probably thought up by some scorned sister because Reimu interrupted one of Vox's sex ASMRs, but might as well keep it in mind.

Edit: I should mention I don't think dating behind the scenes is a bad thing unless you're specializing in GFE/BFE. Kind of murky then. But workplace relationships are common and kind of expected.

Well, tardsanji literally can't take initiative in firing Luca now as long as he's raking decent amounts chinkfujobucks. So they will continue to 🙈 no matter how tekkonkinkreet eveidence she will provide. Same for every other cash cow. They will stay until they'll decide to fuck off themselves or until stock will get back well above 3k

We spend a quarter of our time at work, it's natural that environments where there are males and females together for extended periods of time will lead to some romantic involvement. Workplace relationships don't necessarily have to be banned but you do need to create rules to prevent issues.
