This is an exercise in futility, Nijisanji isn't looking to change. I think more Meloco, Kotoka and Klara's would help. General EN talents will go to the many other companies and Niji could return years from now.

Doing vtubing when you are barely 20 as a full time job is just a bad idea in general. You have no experience in a workforce, or it was in some miserable job like retail, so whatever shitty environment and wage you get is perceived as awesome. It doesn't teach you any skills you could use in a different job, and you are entirely at the mercy of your parent company not to go under so it's not a long term reliable job to continue until you are 50. You either need to do it as a part time job while you are getting a proper degree (which is still a solid 5 years of career, more than most stick with this industry) or after you got a good job and financially secure as a hobby.
Ironically the "normie" corpos who are trying to be all anti-idol because "idols are exploited" are fucking up the talents under them much harder. At least if you were in a music focused company you can get some gigs as a singer afterwards, and music-related circles are notorious for everyone knowing everyone in it and you will get jobs just because someone can recommend you. If all you were doing is watching YT videos on twitch and making coomer noises you can't even put it on your resume anywhere

I have to note that KuroMysta is likely most experienced content creator of all nijiEN. He started at what, 12 iirc? He had some very decent following and growth before niji. He have some people watching him FOR OVER 10 YEARS. You don't get to be in the trade this long without gaining some intuition.
