Maybe this is a misattribution, but there were a lot of Jim fans coming in and sending condolences/shitpost superchats regarding him, especially so when his stream wrapped up. Could be partially because of them.
And aside from that, there was of course the general usual paypiggery that happens during holiday season special streams; there were multiple $100+ supers (a $300 and a $500 one, for example). A perfect combination of factors.
I'm just glad that the foot stream is officially dethroned.
Don't forget StreamElements though. Her dedicated fans will know to use that one so they get a bigger cut, versus the tourists from Jim. Factor that in and Foot stream may still be king.
