Can you even target someone via a pseudonym in your will?

I actually tossed the idea of how one would try and accomplish that around in my head a while back (an occupational hazard), and the closest I could come up with was to devise the bequest to the company in trust to be distributed to the talent known pseudonymously as [NAME]. Obviously it probably only works while the talent is employed by the company, and presumes the company isn't a bad actor. You'd only really be able to pull it off if you were expecting to die soon.
