He had a bullet in his brain for 3 days, I doubt getting help 6 hours earlier could have helped much. Also, he died a month after.

The only point she's right about this one is that they should have gotten him checked prior to interrogation. But to suggest that it was somehow obvious this kid had survived a gunshot to his face is literally 2iq hindsight bullshit. Which is why if you went in blind and you heard the kid claim he got shot in the face you'd have the same initial reaction as the cops.
