The joke is that Phase would not want her on any stream about this subjectmatter and therefore would need to be not affiliated with the company to appear in one. You are thinking way too hard about this.
And that's why she's leaving Phase, so she can watch the Summer of Love 3 on stream and tell all the latinxes to fuck off home.
He's looking too deep into the time she used a Chillet model during the drinking offcollab, despite the fact the stream itself was tied to the Pippa channel.
Even if Pippa left Phase, I don't think she'd touch this kind of content. Until she did and ends up actually pissing off everyone. More than she normally does some people as Pippa.

There doesn't have to be a grand conspiracy behind it. It's not impossibly silly (woman-)brained to assume that keeping the model away would help her coworkers somehow? I don't actually think Phase would enforce some sort of "no-model" policy, either, that was really there for contrast.
I'll admit that even something as tame as I thought the above might be, upon further consideration, is still a stretch.
Yeah, this was the basis. Not the banlist. The former is built on this basis, in my defense.
For the record, I don't subscribe to the idea (nor ever have) that there is or ever has been a banlist lmfao. That's not what it was about.
