I think the point Azehara (and very well maybe Fishman, too) was trying to make is that he's not just protecting the girls from any weirdo that may try to worm in by applying, but he's also protecting the potential male employee from a company filled with mentally unstable, hormonal and in the case of the ladies on the older side (i.e. Dizzy and Shiina) may be ticking time bombs and sexual harassment lawsuits waiting to happen.
