It's a distinguishing feature from pixels. It's simple science, not my fault you lot take it to weird places instead of obvious descriptive ones.

Every time you say meat pippa I think of a flayed, skinny woman consisting of only muscle tissue (what little there is) oozing with blood with bulging eyes. It inherently elicits a horror much worse than IRL pippa. The esoteric early 2000s reference to the terminally online guy that appeared on that show who used the same turn of phrase doesn't take away from the grotesque imagery that comes up when you use that phrase. It's gross.
Her meat is stored on her bones and inside her skin you freak.
