Rewatched Stage 1, here are my thoughts
Overall, much better upon rewatching. My favorite performance was probably Kaela's out of bias for her, but I loved Irys and Watame's Los Los Los performance. I will watch Stage 2 next saturday.
- Suisei going before the group song in the box really was cool. Stellar is a predictable pick but still a great starter
- Koyori was a good showcase of the improved tracking and choreography this Holofes. Song is nothing special for me, but her dancing was fantastic
- Ollie is great when she uses her power/rock singing
- Really loved the energy of Watame and IRyS singing Los Los Los. Very high energy song. I was hoping someone would do Los Los Los this year, and happy it did in fact happen.
- If that's Shiori's natural voice in her performance, then she is really improving. I'm assuming there's autotuning involved because it sounds like that some points and the performance is just too good to actually be Shiori alone
- Really loved Kaela's performance of Brave Heart. It's great that her singing has improved so much. I was expecting her to do Backseat since she didn't do it last year, guess I will have to wait until 2026 for her to perform Backseat.
- Happy that Haachama is fully back. Her surprise appearance in 2024 is nice, just happy she's hear to stay
- Not a fan of the song Moona actually did, but her singing was still fantastic. Loved her performance here almost as much of her 2022 one.
- Probably my favorite Watame performance so far in Holofes. While I would have loved Revival (Probably my second favorite Watame song), WatAme Pop really lends to a lot of energy in the audience. Watame love.
- Towa's medley got progressively better and better. I don't watch her much but she's a fantastic singer.
- Suisei and Towa was a good final performance before the choir
- The actual main song, Color Rise Harmony, I preferred Capture the Moment over it and have more nostalgia for Our Bright Parade
