I'm going to play devil's advocate here a little bit:
Holo uses motion actors too, they just do background dancing and help with choreography rather than actually skinwalking the characters. Bae gets along famously with her backup dancers, for example:
May be that Brave is simply recruiting backup dancers that would bounce around to different groups depending on who's recording concerts/3D material. I don't think it's 100% for sure they're going to be skinwalking just yet.

If you're doing dance capture for tik tok and X and so forth, I don't think you'd be a backup dancer. The production value versus worth of having a backup dancer, as well as a main dancer they would presumably be supporting doesn't make sense. Skinwalking as a Brave member to put up shorts does make sense though.

Those shadowy masquerade rats certainly have enough tit on them to qualify as "female characters." Not saying Brave won't skinwalk, just that it isn't 100% certain yet.

To be fair the VSpo girls will die if you ask them to do more movement than pick up uber eats orders outside of their gaming grind. This is based on their 3D showcases and RFA performances.
One of the main stuff that i have been advocating is for people to get 2 machines for their streaming setups, the second one doesnt even have to be that powerful even now that the Intel B580 is a transcoding beast,
I've thought about doing the 2-box setup. A big problem of it is that using the video output of the first machine as a source into the second one means that everything on screen on that first machine will be shown on stream - you don't get to do window capture like you can when OBS is on the same machine as the game. If you're very disciplined about not installing Discord or anything else that could pop up an impudent notification on the screen you can reduce the odds of a Rushia incident, but even then I'd be afraid of what the OS itself might do. "AMBER ALERT FOR YOUR PARTICULAR AREA!"
Maybe you could do something where you have OBS running on the game machine and captures only the game window as a virtual camera, then have some other software that captures that and outputs it as a second monitor, then use the second monitor HDMI cable as your video source on the second machine… but the more you start Rube Goldberging things especially with software as shitty as OBS, the more prone it will be to failure, I'm sure.
To people as pon-prone and less-technical as most vtubers, a single machine with OBS using window capture is both simpler and safer.
