At least the Owozu case did show us that labor law may perhaps not apply to a vtuber-agency work relation because if the talent's salary depends on donations and not on the employer, there is no relationship of subordination or dependence between employee and employer, technically speaking, of course.
The key here is what exactly the Nijisanji contracts promise will be the place from where the talent money salary is going to come from.
