The vtuber has no legal existence. If the actor has an individual throne account that people are giving gifts to, it's got nothing to do with the company. I can't see any way to make it a tax issue - allowing an employee to enrich themselves using company assets could be considered non-monetary compensation, but they're (presumably) maintaining that she's an independent contractor and she's already paying them for the right to use their IP.
