Anyone not familiar with Melmi, she was one that help edit shorts, creating MV videos for the VRev talents of both past and present (only for gen 3 as far as I know), and maybe a manager as well? Plus, the only admin in discord that actually cares for the talents.

Cera is indeed Salmon/Relia. Her speech pattern and voice are very noticeable. Adding the fact that Amaya Whisper (VRev's Ranna Ianna) repost Cera's debut on Twitter. Both Amaya and Relia are pretty close.
