Who does that leave, just Nova and Salmon left? Salmon joined the company back in October, so she's been there for almost 5 months at most. Meanwhile Nova is just emotionally wrecked based on her tweets, she went from building up over 2 years to get that huge collaboration that she's dreamed of and now she sees the company she's with imploding. I hope she finds a way to keep her IP or at the very least transfer her collab to her new persona.

Nova and Rosemi are the two vtubers I feel the worst about right now. Both are in shit corps and I hope they find a better corp or see success as indies but I'm worried about all the connections they built up. Selen/Doki was a rare exception where the company was so fucking retarded that she ended up making the connections through herself and she was the epicenter of one of the biggest dramas in the industry in years, which only encouraged those companies to reach out to her for free PR points.

A part of me feels like she might have an collaboration that is currently in the works with Bushiroad like the Millie Shadowverse cards that are exclusive in EN, which may be the major reason as to why she doesn't want to let go of VRev until the collab is done and over with.

They better treat gen 3 like royalty after this tri-grad.. the more I learn about their management from these vague posts the shittier I feel about yolo purchasing so much merch from their booth last year.

If I were a part of Gen 3 I wouldn't even debut at this point. Pull an AkioAir on them and just vanish. There is nothing they can do to make it worthwhile to join or be a part of the company at this point. Their name as a company means nothing.

She posted this around the time Lilrya posted her announcement stream tweet. I guess she didn't know about hers or she's leaving earlier than planned. But yeah seems management didnt tell her at least. They don't seem to do much tbh

Any reason in particular Nova feels she is better off in a company that is literally falling apart when she has a gimmick and fanbase that could transfer easily to her indie persona or another corpo altogether? Everyone else is leaving and who knows how long Gen 3 will last.

Romantic involvement with one of the owners is the only explanation I can offer.

Unless someone has tapped onto the backend directly (like 'friends with accounting' levels of corruption) and that only seems to be the case in mid-to-large scale businesses.
