Tenten/Furi is calling out a few people that have nothing to do gen 3, but instead are making a drama out of it.

Odds it was Koinu?

What part is the lie, because Ten is confirming that she made it far enough to get shown the designs. :chibiBrainDamage:
Is this just an argument about who rejected who first lmao

Depends on how far you had to get to see the designs

Kinda funny how her name is unironically plapworm but it's cute

Her name is actually Perry Winkleton. She'll be Megumi Kuragiri's third attempt at joining a corpo - hopefully this time will go much better than the last two (this was one of them).

Despite her name not actually being Plapworm she does seem to hold the distinction of being the first SVP talent to have lewd fan art made of her if the Discord server isn't lying to me.

Anyway, Koinu's tweet was deleted and replaced with this - probably for the best given that her membership in SVP is a pretty open secret too.

I completely agree. Nice certified letter, or two, where you describe your legal theory solve soooo many problems.

I've never used the phrase before, but the issue that drives most of these problems is the "sphere of vagueness". Everyone has this assumption that legal structures are settled. The important point about them is that they never are, and most interactions actually have very few true structures upon which to enforce actions on another party. In most analysis views, it means the first mover or primary movers always has the advantage. But that primary mover advantage is only on each specific action. Which if why a company won't respond, just tell them that you think they closed shop and you're strategically acquiring something because there's no one with any legal means or authority to stop you.

It shouldn't be shocking to most how quickly that'll incur a response. Crappy businessmen are crappy, but they're lightning fast when someone tries to take something from them. Reverse Stoner Logic works well.

I posted this on Twitter. It includes a poll, but commented feedback is acceptable as well, either on Twitter or here. Help me make a decision, please.

I just realized something - if this is true, then why the hell were Vrev sharing designs and other confidential info with her on the first interview? The lowest level interview where they should have just been sounding Koinu out and seeing if she passes basic sanity checks? I assume none of the interviewees at that level would have signed an NDA yet. If they were really just spamming those designs out to anyone who interviewed, they can't be too indignant that someone decided to leak them.

Or maybe this woman is lying and Koinu really did make it higher in the interview process than just the first call.

Also the fact that she was not the only one, they recruited shitload of people and showed them the model without a care i have counted like 5 people that has said that they got in very quickly with barely any vetting

Dont worry she cant do worse than Hexa and SVP is registered in California, so she cant wave the old rules of shitty corpos like Vreverie at them when she has them in the front of her house

That's what I meant to say earlier, it doesn't really make sense. Especially because Ten says "somebody we explicitly did not want to be apart of the company" like it was up to her who joined the gen that she herself was also auditioning for.

So they let Ten be one of the interviewers to decide who joined her own gen?

It makes it sound like the "interviews" were basically just letting anyone who auditioned have full access to their corpo server and all their models then seeing who stuck around afterwards.

geezuz man this is not rocket science your poll looks like you seeking justification to do something you know is shitty "the internet told me to" use your brain.

If you are going to go full retard at least give the talents a month or two to come out on their own.

It was archived when I posted the main tweet here- but it was my mistake for assuming ppl would click on tweets instead of just reading the embeds.

I have reflected on my actions and my conclusion is everyone else is wrong so it will happen again ♡

This was Tenten's reply in the same thread- I believe Vreverie might have had an audition server so other people auditioning saw her and brought up their concerns to management? I know Akio Air had an audition server but idk how common of a practice that is.

Extremely funny to me that you have used "not wanting to break sources' trust" as an excuse to vaguepost for fucking ever but suddenly you have a burning "desire" to leak shit. You can't have it both ways. You either accept the potential consequences or you don't. This isn't about whether you're trustworthy, it's about whether you want to burn bridges. Maybe the ex-talents will be okay with whatever redacted proof you post. And maybe the whisper network freezes you out of the small corpo sphere forever. Are you willing to take that risk?

In other words: grow a spine. Don't use the opinions of Twitter users to justify your actions.
